        冠宇住址在里岔镇农产品保税物流港内兴建了9座集恒温、冷冻、常温三大功能于一体的仓库，每座冷库分10个库洞。9座仓库建筑面积共计10万平方米，能提供各类农产品大宗仓储服务达20万吨，制冷低温可达-30°C

        2011年9月，经中国海关批准设立的公用型综合性冷冻货物保税仓库，也是在山东省出入境检验检疫局通过注册的进口肉类存储仓库，而且本库应有保鲜蔬菜，冻辣椒出口注册备案号，同时做了进口水产仓储商检备案库。冷冻库可存放进出口冷冻食品、水产品、肉类产品，果蔬等。普通库可存放棉花、橡胶、淀粉，塑料粉，机械设备，配件等。

         同年2月，公司同两家企业共同出资成立青岛佰盈担保有限公司。为客户提供农资贷款，仓储质押贷款，经营贷款，贸易贷款等。2012年，冠宇公司先后在农信、工行、建行、青岛银行等进行监管准入，成立监管公司，已获批3.5亿的授信额度。
